Cracking hotel if you're looking for a cheap, comfortable bed for the night. I've been staying here for about 4 months now while I am purchasing a house. It's been a life saver for me. I always get a good night's sleep, bath, or shower. Spacious room with plenty storage, tv, tea, and coffee. It was a luxury hotel when it first opened. It is a bit dated now, but I think it has a certain character and charm about it. With the right investment, this hotel has huge potential. I can not knock it for the price.
Stayed the night because of work in Sheffield. It was a decent hotel for the price payed. The room was clean and warm. Shower worked but the temperature wasn't warm enough. Car park has plenty of parking places. I would recommend this hotel if you want a good deal.

The room was spotless, well-furnished, and surprisingly spacious, with a really comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere which made it easy to unwind.
Stayed 2 nights for work, read some horrendous reviews and I was shocked. Honestly, yes the building could do with an uplift but, it’s a hotel with working progress, the room was huge and clean, it was quiet and at no stage was their any nonsense which I read previously, the hotel has potential but because of its history this has tarnished the place. Would I stay again? Yes Would I recommend it Yes If you want a couple of nights at a good rate then I recommend this place, don’t read the hype go and stay and see, ok no breakfast, dinner, but there are plenty of places near by to go and eat.
The rooms are spacious with a huge mirrored wall, with the TV a part of it. The hotel is getting back on its feet after a closure, and you can see it was once a very plush place. The staff are very attentive and help out with all queries that you have. Farjad got me extra pillows and other items that we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Other parts of the hotel are due to open very soon, a gym area and the pool are almost ready to accommodate guests.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I could ask for a great mix of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended to all.
The room is clean the staff are polite. The usual TV and kettle On suite bathroom. Tesco is a short walk to the left and a steak bar, to the right a Green king pub.
Comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. And as a bonus wifi and parking is included unlike travelodges.
